The Bucks District Association of the National Vegetable Society are proud to stage an evening with Ivor Mace on Tuesday, 4th March 2014 at 7.00 p.m. at Pitstone Memorial Hall, Vicarage Road, Pitstone, LU7 9EY
Ivor, a stalwart and long-serving member of the NVS, is a retired horticultural professional. He frequently expresses his forthright views on radio, TV and in the gardening press including Garden News, Amateur Gardening, and the National Vegetable Society's magazine "Simply Vegetables".
His talk will feature Leeks & Onions and how to achieve the very best results for these popular vegetables for the show bench, kitchen and table.
